This tank has some big shoes to fill. It's the successor to the TFV8 which made permanent mark on the vaping world. It's known around the globe as one of the best cloud chasing tanks and overall tanks on the market. In the coming months we will see how the vaping community likes the TFV12 Cloud Beast King.

So far, I've been pretty impressed and the TFV12 is living up to it's title as “King.” It produces monster clouds and has, an unbelievable, 12 coils inside the V12 T12 coil head. There was a lot of hype surrounding the release of this tank, but I can say that it definitely performs like a cloud beast king.

This is a tank that you're going to want to buy. It's a quality tank that produces vapor that you'll definitely enjoy. You can vape on the 0.15ohm quad coil up to 100W and chuck some monster clouds. For just shy of $30, this tank will give you a good bang for your buck. But wait, that's not all…

The iJoy Exo X is also compatible with the SMOK TFV8 Baby Beast coils! You're getting two beastly tanks in one here. If you want to make your money stretch and get to see what those octuple coil heads are like, here's your chance.

Sense Blazer Mini – $29.99

Sense Blaze Mini

Specs

  • Tank Capacity: 3.6mL
  • Diameter: 22.8mm
  • Height: 56mm
  • Coil Heads Included: 0.4ohm & 0.6ohm
  • Drip Tip: 6mm 510 Delrin
  • Build Material: SS & glass
  • Air Slots: dual 12mm x 3mm
  • Wattage Range: 50 – 100W

The Sense Blazer Mini is a tank that can hold its own weight. It gives off a nice smooth vapor accompanied by some pretty darn good flavor. It can compete with the big name tanks when it comes to flavor. This tank is a solid purchase at just shy of $30. You'll get a lot for your money with this one. Good flavor and smooth vapor.

Also, it has a cool little top fill design. You just twist the top counter clock wise and it unlocks the hinge. Then you just swing the hinge open and you're ready to fill it up. The top stays attached the whole time. Kudos to the design team.

GeekVape Illusion – $29.99

GeekVape Illusion Tank

Specs

  • Tank Capacity: 4.5mL
  • Diameter: 25mm
  • Height: 48mm
  • Coil Heads Included: 2 x 0.15ohm coils
  • Build Material: SS & Glass
  • Air Slots: dual 15mm x 3mm
  • Wattage Range: 50 – 260W
  • Fill: top fill
  • Drip Tip: 510 & Delrin
  • Colors: silver or black

This is not a tank for beginners, especially with low wattage mods. The minimum recommended wattage for both coils is 50W. The max you can vape the i4 cloud chasing coil is 260W and the max for the i1 flavor chasing coil is 180W. These coils will kick a beginner's butt.

The vapor production is smooth and you'll definitely enjoy the flavor coming off of the i1. This is definitely a tank you should try in 2017, but maybe after you try a few others like the TFV12 Cloud King Beast or the Wismec Reux. This is a good tank, but not exceptional.

Wismec Reux – $24.99

Wismec Reux Tank

Specs

  • Tank Capacity: 6mL
  • Diameter: 25mm
  • Height: 68mm
  • Coil Heads Included: triple 0.15Ω & ceramic 0.5Ω
  • Build Material: SS & glass
  • Air Slots: dual 14mm x 4mm
  • Wattage Range: 40 – 160W
  • Drip Tip: wide bore Delrin
  • Fill: top fill

The Reux tank is a joint creation by Wismec and Jay Bo. They're known for building high quality sub ohm tanks. The Reux is no different. At first glance you can see the Jay Bo name carved out of the tank which doubles as the vape juice inlet. This is a fine piece of vaping gear.

It produces tons of vapor and has great flavor. The main con to this tank is the difficulty in switching from the prebuilt coil base to the RBA base which is sold seperately. It's more difficult than your average tank, but for the price of $24.99, the Reux tank is a steal.

SMOK Spirals – $24.99

SMOK Spirals

Specs

  • Tank Capacity: 2mL
  • Diameter: 22mm
  • Height: 48mm
  • Coil Heads Included: Spirals 0.6Ω & 0.3Ω
  • Build Material: stainless steel & glass
  • Air Slots: quad 3mm x 1.5mm
  • Wattage Range: 18 – 45W
  • Fill: top fill
  • Two-post RBA base included

The SMOK Spirals sub ohm tank has already started to make waves throughout the vaping community. It comes with two sub ohm coils, both of which are great for different reasons. The 0.3Ω coils will produce some killer clouds while the 0.6Ω will give you better flavor. They both have good flavor, but the 0.6Ω has great flavor.

Don't forget about the RBA base. The cool thing about the RBA base is that it comes with a prebuilt clapton coil installed. All you'll have to do is wick it and vape it. The main con for this tank is that it only holds 2mL of vape juice. If that isn't a deal breaker for you, then you should definitely try this tank. You're gonna love it.
